We have extensive experience managing large, complex portfolios of generation assets and continually working with OEMs, strategic global partners and our customers in Africa to optimise these assets both physically (by increasing their output, enabling them to co-fire biomass, and reducing their emissions) and through our dispatch and trading activities.

We group our customer’s assets into fleets by fuel type: hydro, coal, gas, nitrogen and thermal. Our fleet approach enables us to conduct centralized procurement, disseminate best practices, diversify risk, and achieve greater standardisation, all of which markedly reduce our costs and those of our customers.
